You said the overall opening will no longer be a 'summary" all of the locations of the tour. That's a shame. That really helps with a global perspective.

Hi Arlen, the opening will not be a summary only if the points in your tour are really far apart (spanning multiple continents for example). This is because on the 3D globe, showing all these points would mean zooming all the way out. You could add a slide to introduce the tour instead.
If your points are close enough, the opening camera should encompass all of them.

We are discussing Tour Builder. Will Google Earth be able to host 360 images similar to how Tour Creator can host 360 images? I am developing a virtual tour for our school and using the 360 images to showcase different areas in our classes. Will this be possible through Earth?

Scott, it might be easier to troubleshoot your workflow on the Google Earth creation tools discussion group (https://groups.google.com/g/googleearth-discuss), there are educators and other users of creation tools subscribed to that group (as well as some Googlers). I suggest you ask to join that group and post your question!

How will the functionality be on iPad Devices?

Hi Kara, right now, you cannot create/edit projects on an iPad in Google Earth. However, you can experience the project in presentation mode, which is view-only.

Emily, just thought I would share a
Tourbuilder I did a while ago on the Camino Santiago. Now that the system has migrated to google earth I can finally view on IOS devices. Is there anyway I can share privately? I just wanted to show. I added a lot of stuff that I think is original.
